摘要

摘要】目的 通过测定志愿者皮肤保湿性能(皮肤水分、水分流失)和皮肤弹性的指标,评价长期试用含桑叶提取物和荔枝核提取物的眼霜对皮肤保湿性能和抗皱效果。方法 以30~45岁年龄段的女性为测试对象,以双侧眼部周围为产品试用部位(选取双眼各2个部位),试用该眼霜产品30天,试验前和试用产品30天分别用corneometer CM 825水分测定仪、Tewameter TM210皮肤水分流失测定仪和Cutometer MPA580皮肤弹性仪检测皮肤水分含量、水分流失和皮肤弹性,以测试值与基础值和对照组比较,比较试用产品前后皮肤保湿性能和弹性的改善情况。结果 试用该产品30天后对皮肤水分含量的增加和皮肤水分流失的减少具有明显的改善效果,皮肤保湿/滋润功效明显改善,同时对皮肤弹性改善具有一定效果,包括粗弹性、净弹性和紧实程度的提升。结论 含桑叶提取物和荔枝核提取物的眼霜产品具有明显的皮肤保湿/滋润功效和明显提升皮肤弹性的功效

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the skin moisturizing properties and anti-wrinkle effect for long-term trial the eye cream containing Folium mori extract and Litehi Seed extract by measuring the volunteer’s skin moisturizing properties (skin moisture, moisture loss) and skin elasticity index. Methods In 30 ~ 45 age of women as the test object, choosed bilateral eye around for the product trial site (selected each two sites of binoculus ), used the eye cream product for 30 days. Before the test and then after tried the product 30 days, detected the skin moisture content, moisture loss and skin elasticity with corneometer CM 825 water determination apparatus ,Tewameter TM210 skin moisture loss measurement instrument and Cutometer MPA580 skin elasticity measurement instrument respectively. Used the test value and basic value compared with the control group, compared to the situation before and after the trial product to improve skin moisturizing properties and skin elasticity. Result It has obvious improvement effect on increasing skin moisture and decreasing skin moisture loss after tried the product 30 days, skin moisturizing /moisturizing effect were significantly improved. simultaneously, it has a certain effect on the skin elasticity improvement, including the coarse elastic, net elastic and compaction degree increase. Conclusions This eye cream product containing Folium mori extract and Litehi Seed extract has obvious skin moisturizing /moisturizing and enhancing skin elasticity effect.
